Here are the details for the arrangements for Ed Brandt.
Saturday, July 31st
2-4pm and 7-9pm
There will be a non-denominational service at 8:30 since Ed is being
cremated.

It is my sad duty to inform the Chapter that Ed Brandt passed away at
home on Monday evening.
Ed was a very devoted member of our group and always had the best
interests of the NJFOA at heart in all that he did. Not only did he
excel on the field, but he also excelled as our Chapter interpreter.
We do not have any details as of this time, but when they are available,
they will be passed along via Arbiter.
He will be greatly missed by the Chapter.
Please join me in sending our thoughts and prayers to his family in this
time of need.

Jim Quirk in the NFL
We have received word from Jim Quirk Sr that his son has been hired
by the NFL as an official for the upcoming season.
Jim Jr will be a back judge and will be wearing #63 on Bill Leavy's
crew.
Here is the preseason schedule. Information about his regular season
schedule will be sent out as they receive it since they only get their
schedules three weeks in advance.
NFL Clinic, July 16-19
Seahawks Training Camp - August 5-7
August 12, New Orleans @ New England
August 22, Minnesota @ San Francisco
August 27, Phildelphia @ Kansas City
September 2, Miami @ Dallas
